Crispy banana fritters made in an air fryer for a healthier twist.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp oil (for greasing)


Instructions

  1. Mash bananas in a bowl.
  2. Add flour, sugar, cinnamon, and baking powder. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add water to form a thick batter.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 3 minutes.
  5. Grease the air fryer basket lightly with oil.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the basket, leaving space between them.
  7. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  8. Flip halfway through cooking.
  9. Serve warm.
