Description
Easy and crispy banana fritters made in an air fryer. A quick, healthier alternative to deep-fried versions.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Remove and serve warm.
Notes
- Use ripe bananas for better sweetness.
- Adjust sugar based on banana ripeness.
- Check fritters early to prevent burning.
