Description

Easy and crispy banana fritters made in an air fryer. A quick, healthier alternative to deep-fried versions.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Cooking spray


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
  6. Remove and serve warm.
