A simple and quick recipe for crispy banana fritters made in an air fryer, perfect for beginners.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp milk (or water)
- Cooking spray or oil for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
- Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray or oil.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Remove and serve warm.
