Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- Oil spray for coating
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Stir until smooth.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Drop spoonfuls of batter onto parchment paper in the air fryer basket.
- Lightly spray the fritters with oil.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
