Description

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • Cooking spray or oil for brushing


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, flour, egg, honey, cinnamon, and baking powder until smooth.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (180°C) for 3 minutes.
  3. Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray or oil.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the basket, leaving space between each fritter.
  5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm.
