Description
Crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside, these air fryer banana fritters are a quick and healthy dessert or snack.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Cooking spray or oil for brushing
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, flour, egg, honey, cinnamon, and baking powder until smooth.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (180°C) for 3 minutes.
- Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray or oil.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the basket, leaving space between each fritter.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use very ripe bananas for natural sweetness.
- Adjust honey based on banana ripeness.
- For crispier fritters, cook 1-2 minutes longer.
