Description

Crispy air fryer banana fritters with a high-protein twist. A quick, healthy snack or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Cooking spray


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix mashed bananas, protein powder, oat flour, egg, cinnamon, and vanilla in a bowl.
  3. Scoop small portions (about 1 tbsp each) onto parchment paper.
  4. Lightly spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  5. Place fritters in the air fryer, leaving space between them.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
