Description
Crispy air fryer banana fritters with a high-protein twist. A quick, healthy snack or dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix mashed bananas, protein powder, oat flour, egg, cinnamon, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Scoop small portions (about 1 tbsp each) onto parchment paper.
- Lightly spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place fritters in the air fryer, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use overripe bananas for sweetness.
- Adjust cooking time based on air fryer model.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
