Description
Crispy, sweet banana fritters made in an air fryer—perfect for a kid-friendly snack or dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- Oil spray for air frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto the air fryer tray, leaving space between them.
- Lightly spray the fritters with oil.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
