Description
Quick and easy banana fritters made in an air fryer with no baking required.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, flour, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Grease the air fryer basket with vegetable oil.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the batter into the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe bananas for better sweetness and texture.
- Adjust sugar based on your preference.
- For crispier fritters, spray a little extra oil before air frying.
