Description

Quick and easy banana fritters made in an air fryer with no baking required.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, flour, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Grease the air fryer basket with vegetable oil.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the batter into the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
  5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
  6. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
