Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp oil (for greasing)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, flour, sugar, cinnamon, and baking powder.
- Add water gradually to form a thick batter.
- Lightly grease the air fryer basket with oil.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the air fryer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
