Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- Mash the bananas in a bowl.
- Add flour, sugar, cinnamon, and baking powder. Mix well.
- Stir in milk to form a thick batter.
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the air fryer basket.
- Lightly brush the fritters with oil.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
