Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions
- Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth.
- Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- If desired, stir in honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
- Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray or oil.
- Spoon the batter into the basket, forming a small fritter.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
