Description
Crispy and sweet banana fritters made in an air fryer. Perfect for a small batch treat.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix mashed banana, flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
- Lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use a ripe banana for natural sweetness.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Check fritters halfway to prevent burning.
