Description
Crispy air fryer banana fritters with a soft, gooey center. A quick and easy snack or dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon oil
Instructions
- Mash bananas in a bowl.
- Add flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon. Mix well.
- Stir in water and oil until smooth.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip halfway through cooking.
- Serve warm.
