Description
Crispy and sweet banana fritters made in an air fryer. A quick winter dessert with minimal oil.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- Mash bananas in a bowl.
- Add flour, sugar, cinnamon, and baking powder. Mix well.
- Add water to form a thick batter.
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the air fryer basket.
- Lightly brush with oil.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip halfway for even cooking.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use ripe bananas for sweetness.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Check at 8 minutes to prevent burning.
