Ingredients
- 1 rack of baby back ribs (about 2 lbs)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp barbecue rub
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry.
- Rub the ribs with olive oil, then coat evenly with barbecue rub.
- Place the ribs in the air fryer basket, meat side down, and cook for 25 minutes.
- Flip the ribs and brush with barbecue sauce. Cook for another 10 minutes.
- Check for doneness (meat should pull away from the bone easily).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
