A quick and easy homemade berry crisp made in the air fryer. Perfect for a sweet treat with minimal effort.
Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the berries and granulated sugar. Set aside.
- In another bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Mix until crumbly.
- Place the berry mixture in small oven-safe dishes or the air fryer basket.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the berries.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until the topping is golden and the berries bubble.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen berries. If frozen, no need to thaw.
- For a crispier topping, add chopped nuts.
- Serve with ice cream or whipped cream if desired.
