Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix berries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice.
  3. Divide biscuit dough into small pieces and flatten slightly.
  4. Place a spoonful of berry mixture in the center of each dough piece.
  5. Fold edges to seal and brush with melted butter.
