Description
A quick and easy dessert made with fresh blackberries and a golden biscuit topping, cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh blackberries
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 cup biscuit mix
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
- Mix blackberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Spread the blackberry mixture in a small baking dish.
- Combine biscuit mix, milk, and melted butter to form a dough.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough over the blackberry mixture.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes until the topping is golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use frozen blackberries if fresh ones aren’t available.
- Adjust sugar based on berry sweetness.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream for extra richness.
