Description
A simple and delicious blueberry bread pudding made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 4 cups cubed bread
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
- Mix eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Add bread cubes and blueberries to the mixture.
- Pour into a greased baking dish that fits in the air fryer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes until set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use stale bread for better texture.
- Adjust sugar based on sweetness preference.
