Description
A quick and easy air fryer blueberry crisp with a gooey center and crispy topping.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- Add melted butter and vanilla, stir until crumbly.
- Place blueberries in an air fryer-safe dish.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture over the blueberries.
- Air fry at 350°F for 10-12 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use frozen blueberries if fresh aren’t available.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Serve with ice cream for extra richness.
