Description
A quick and easy no-bake blueberry crisp made in the air fryer. Perfect for a healthy dessert or snack.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Rinse the blueberries and pat them dry.
- In a bowl, mix oats, almond flour, honey, coconut oil, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
- Place blueberries in the air fryer basket.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the blueberries.
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes until crisp.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use frozen blueberries if fresh ones aren’t available.
- Adjust honey to taste.
- Serve with yogurt or whipped cream.
