Description
A quick and easy blueberry crisp made in the air fryer without using an oven.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix blueberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter to make the topping.
- Divide the blueberry mixture into two ramekins.
- Sprinkle the topping evenly over the blueberries.
- Place ramekins in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes until the topping is golden and blueberries are bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use frozen blueberries if fresh are not available.
- Adjust sugar to taste depending on blueberry sweetness.
- For a crispier topping, air fry for an extra 2-3 minutes.
