Description
A quick and easy dessert made with fresh apples and a crispy topping, cooked in an air fryer for a healthier twist.
Ingredients
- 2 medium apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp caramel sauce
Instructions
- Toss apple slices with lemon juice, 1 tbsp brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- In a bowl, mix oats, flour, remaining brown sugar, and melted butter.
- Place apples in an air fryer-safe dish and sprinkle the oat mixture on top.
- Cook in the air fryer at 350°F for 12-15 minutes.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
Notes
- Use firm apples like Granny Smith for best texture.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
- Serve warm with ice cream for extra indulgence.
