Description
Crispy, aromatic cookies made in an air fryer with the warm spice of cardamom.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Mix flour and cardamom in a bowl.
- Cream butter and sugar until light.
- Add egg yolk, vanilla, and milk to the butter mixture.
- Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients to form a dough.
- Roll dough into small balls and flatten slightly.
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Place cookies in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.

- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- For extra flavor, sprinkle cardamom on top before baking.
