Crispy and flavorful air fryer cauliflower tots made with simple ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Steam cauliflower florets until tender, then drain and mash.
- In a bowl, mix mashed cauliflower, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form mixture into small tots and brush with olive oil.
- Place tots in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use fresh cauliflower for best texture.
- For extra crispiness, spray tots lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
