Description
Easy and delicious cherry hand pies made in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup cherry pie filling
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar (for sprinkling)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of cherry pie filling in the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over the filling and press edges with a fork to seal.
- Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
