Description

A rich and moist chocolate cake made in an air fryer with a delicious bundt shape.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
  4. Pour batter into a greased bundt pan.
  5. Air fry for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool before removing from the pan.

Notes

  • Grease the bundt pan well to prevent sticking.
  • Check doneness at 25 minutes to avoid overbaking.
  • Dust with powdered sugar for decoration.
