Description
A rich and moist chocolate cake made in an air fryer with a delicious bundt shape.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased bundt pan.
- Air fry for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before removing from the pan.
Notes
- Grease the bundt pan well to prevent sticking.
- Check doneness at 25 minutes to avoid overbaking.
- Dust with powdered sugar for decoration.
