  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips.
  5. In another bowl, whisk cream, egg, and vanilla.
  6. Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ingredients; mix until dough forms.
  7. Shape dough into a circle on a floured surface; cut into 8 wedges.
  8. Place scones in air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  9. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
