Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 tbsp baking powder

- 1/3 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed

- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- In another bowl, whisk cream, egg, and vanilla.
- Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ingredients; mix until dough forms.
- Shape dough into a circle on a floured surface; cut into 8 wedges.
- Place scones in air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
