Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil.
  3. Add flour and stir until a dough forms.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
  6. Pipe dough into 4-inch logs on parchment paper.
