Description
Crispy, cinnamon-sugar coated churro bites made in an air fryer. Perfect for a single serving.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar (for coating)
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add melted butter, water, and vanilla extract. Stir until dough forms.
- Roll dough into small balls or shape into bite-sized pieces.
- Place in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each piece.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden brown.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon for coating in a small bowl.
- Toss warm churro bites in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Serve immediately.

- For best results, do not overcrowd the air fryer.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
