Description
Crispy, cinnamon-sugar coated churro bites made easily in your air fryer—perfect for Valentine’s Day treats.
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar (for coating)
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon (for coating)
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Heat water, sugar, salt, and oil in a saucepan until boiling.
- Remove from heat and stir in flour and vanilla to form a dough.
- Transfer dough to a piping bag with a star tip.
- Pipe small churro bites onto parchment paper.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray churro bites with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Toss warm churro bites in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Serve immediately.
