Description

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for coating)
- 1 tbsp cinnamon (for coating)
- 2 tbsp melted butter (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and 1/4 cup sugar.
- Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Transfer batter to a piping bag with a star tip.
- Pipe donut shapes onto parchment paper, then place in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Mix 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Brush cooked donuts with melted butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar.
- Serve warm.
