Easy and fun air fryer churro donuts that kids will love. A sweet treat ready in minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sugar (for coating)
- 1 tsp cinnamon (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Pour batter into a piping bag or ziplock bag with a corner cut off.
- Pipe small donut shapes onto parchment paper.
- Place donuts in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.
- Roll warm donuts in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Serve immediately.
