Description
Make crispy churro donuts quickly using an air fryer for a delicious treat.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar (for coating)
- 1 tsp cinnamon (for coating)
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Pipe dough into small donut shapes in the basket.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
- Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Coat warm donuts in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Serve immediately.
