A quick and easy single-serve dessert featuring crispy air-fried churro donuts.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1/8 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp melted butter
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar (for coating)
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (for coating)
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Stir until a dough forms.
- Shape the dough into 2-3 small donut shapes.
- Preheat the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
- Lightly spray the donuts with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Coat the warm donuts in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.

- Use a piping bag for smoother donut shapes.
- Check doneness early to avoid over-browning.
