  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sugar (for coating)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (for coating)


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a dough.
  5. Roll dough into small balls and flatten slightly.
  6. Place donuts in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  7. Cook for 5-6 minutes, flipping halfway.
  8. Mix sugar and cinnamon for coating.
