Description
Easy air fryer churro donuts made with cake mix for a quick and delicious treat.
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cake mix, water, oil, and eggs until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased donut pan or piping bag.
- Place donut pan in the air fryer basket or pipe batter into the basket in donut shapes.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.
- Brush cooked donuts with melted butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use a piping bag for even donut shapes if you don’t have a donut pan.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
