Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Cooking spray


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix coconut, panko, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Place flour in one bowl and beaten eggs in another.
