Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix oat flour and protein powder.
- Add almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
- Gradually add milk until the dough comes together.
- Fold in dark chocolate chips.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 350°F (180°C) for 5-6 minutes.
- Let them cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- You can use any nut butter as a substitute for almond butter.
- Adjust sweetness with more or less honey.
