Description
Easy-to-make cookie dough bites cooked in an air fryer without needing an oven.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp milk (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
- Add vanilla extract and salt, then mix well.
- Gradually fold in flour until fully combined.
- Stir in mini chocolate chips. If the dough is too dry, add milk.
- Roll dough into small balls (about 1-inch diameter).
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place dough balls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Do not overcook—the bites will firm up as they cool.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For a softer texture, reduce cooking time by 1 minute.
