Quick and easy air fryer cookie dough bites made in a small batch. Perfect for a sweet treat without the hassle of baking a full batch of cookies.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla until creamy.
- Add flour and salt, then stir until combined.
- Mix in milk and chocolate chips.
- Roll dough into small balls (about 1-inch diameter).
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place dough balls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes until golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
