Description
Easy-to-make air fryer cookie dough bites perfect for a winter dessert. These bite-sized treats are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Gradually add flour and salt, stirring until combined.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Roll the dough into small balls (about 1-inch diameter).
- Place the dough balls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket to ensure even cooking.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg.
