Description

Make delicious éclairs easily in your air fryer with this simple recipe.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips, melted


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, heat water and butter until boiling.
  3. Add flour and stir until the mixture forms a ball.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Beat in eggs one at a time.
  5. Pipe dough into 4-inch logs on parchment paper.
  6. Air fry for 15-18 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
  7. Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff.
  8. Slice éclairs and fill with cream. Drizzle with melted chocolate.

Notes

  • Do not open the air fryer during cooking.
