Make delicious éclairs easily in your air fryer with this simple recipe.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, heat water and butter until boiling.
- Add flour and stir until the mixture forms a ball.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Beat in eggs one at a time.
- Pipe dough into 4-inch logs on parchment paper.
- Air fry for 15-18 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
- Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff.
- Slice éclairs and fill with cream. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
Notes
- Do not open the air fryer during cooking.
- Let éclairs cool completely before filling.
- Store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
