Description
These air fryer ginger molasses cookies are a quick and easy treat with warm spices and rich molasses flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat butter and brown sugar until creamy. Add molasses, egg, and vanilla.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until combined.
- Scoop dough into 1-inch balls and place in the air fryer basket, spaced apart.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes until edges are firm. Let cool before serving.

- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- Dough can be chilled for firmer cookies.
