Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef stew meat, cubed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Toss the beef with olive oil, paprika, caraway seeds, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the beef in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the basket. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the tomato paste and beef broth. Cook for 10 more minutes until the beef is tender.
