A simple and delicious air fryer lava cake made with just 3 ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Microwave chocolate chips and heavy cream for 30 seconds, then stir until smooth.
- Whisk in the egg until fully combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased ramekin.
- Cook in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes until edges are set but center is still soft.
- Let cool for 1 minute, then invert onto a plate and serve warm.
Notes
- Use high-quality chocolate for best results.
- Do not overcook to maintain a gooey center.
- Serve with ice cream or whipped cream if desired.
