A quick and easy air fryer lava cake that delivers rich, gooey chocolate comfort in minutes.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Stir in melted butter, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into a greased ramekin.
- Air fry at 350°F for 8-10 minutes.
- Let cool for 1 minute before serving.
Notes
- Check doneness with a toothpick—edges should be firm, center slightly soft.
- Double the recipe for two servings.
- Top with ice cream or whipped cream if desired.
