Description
A rich and gooey chocolate lava cake made in an air fryer with a molten center.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease two ramekins with butter.
- Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Divide batter between ramekins. Drop chocolate chips in the center.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until edges are set but center is molten.
- Let cool for 1 minute before serving.
Notes
- Do not overbake to keep the center gooey.
- Use high-quality chocolate for better flavor.
- Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
