Description
A quick and easy lava cake made in the air fryer, perfect for kids and family desserts.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into greased ramekins, filling halfway.
- Place ramekins in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until edges are set but center is soft.
- Let cool for 1-2 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use microwave-safe ramekins if available.
- Check doneness with a toothpick—it should come out slightly wet.
- Top with ice cream or whipped cream for extra fun.
